The challenge

L7M Remodeling renovates private homes in Monaco, Menton, Nice and Cannes. The business had taken on a new name, formerly L7M Luxury, and the old website did not help: its copy did not match what the business actually does.

Its clients own exclusive homes, often through a family office or adviser. They want certainty and discretion. The site had one job: persuade someone like that to ask for a first, private conversation.

What we built

In this market the image sells. So the site is built around the client’s own film and project footage. The home page opens like the title sequence of a film.

The site was designed for the phone first, then for larger screens.

Every claim had to be true. With the client we set down what L7M does and does not do: it designs and runs the renovation, but does not make materials itself. There are no invented references or client quotes on the site.

Someone searching for renovation in one town should find a page that is really about that town. Pages where only the place name changes do not work in Google. So each town has its own angle: in Monaco you work inside a building that stays occupied, in Cannes it is all about the calendar.

The blueprint

  • Cinematic home page

The client’s film, cut down to its strongest shots, under a title that changes: Residences, Kitchens, Bathrooms. Below it the work, the process and the materials.

  • Four town pages

Monaco, Menton, Nice and Cannes, each with its own story. More than 60% of the sentences on each page appear on no other town page.

  • Before and after

One kitchen, two moments: the photo from before the renovation next to the one after.

  • Easy to get in touch

An enquiry form, and a WhatsApp button on every page for anyone who would rather send a message first.

  • Fast and findable

Built static with Next.js, with a sitemap, canonical URLs and images checked for sharpness on every screen size.
